FAQ
What is an anthology?
An anthology is similar to a standard fanzine, with the primary difference being the heavy focus on the fics, rather than a balance of both. The kaeru anthology aims to have collaborations between contributing writers and artists, as well as a flat merch team. What is kaeru about?
The kaeru anthology will be focused on Kirishima Eijirou and Bakugou Katsuki’s romantic relationship in domestic settings. The main anthology will be physical and SFW, with potential for a digital, NSFW add-on.How many contributors will you be accepting?
We will be accepting 12 writers, 13 artists (cover artist included), and 4 merch artists. Numbers are subject to change. Will there be any guest contributors?
Yes, we will be taking 2-3 guest writers and 2-3 guest artists. Is there an age requirement for the zine?
All applicants and contributors must be 18+ years old by the time contributor applications close. What are the expectations for contributors?
All accepted contributors MUST have a Discord account. Contributors must adhere to the zine’s schedule and meet the given deadlines with the required level of completion for their work. For detailed role-based expectations, please view the Accepted Contributor Guidelines. How will the contributors be compensated?
At minimum, all contributors will be compensated with a digital bundle (PDF + any digital merchandise) of the zine. If we are able to break even for physical production, our goal is to be able to provide full physical bundles to the contributing team, free of charge. In the case we are unable to do so, contributors will be able to purchase items at production cost. All remaining profits post-completion will be distributed equally to the entire kaeru team (contributors and mods). Are there any opportunities to apply as a mod?
